I will do my best to describe this item but if there is anything im missing or if you have any questions please reach out. Got it from my grandparents estate. It has a hidden button in the handle on one side perfect for a thumb while carrying. Has two seperate powered speaker/microphone looking things. One runs off of 2 AA batteries and the other runs off 4 AA batteries. The 2AA powered section appears to be a speaker and it is connected to the light on the side as well, the button on the bottom when pressed powers the light on/off and makes the speaker make some sounds. Doesnt work 100% perfect it appears. The 4 AA side is connected to the on/off switch on the inside of the briefcase. I would assume the 4AA side to be a microphone but I am no electrician. It could be government. I dont know. It is a very interesting piece though. The way it appears built, the button in the handle, the consistency in the inside lining, etc. It was 100% purpose built for something. Not a backroom hackjob, was done likely by a organization who specializes in spy techniques. If you know anything more about it please let me know as Id love to learn more about this piece. I havent seen anything like it before on the internet.
