The structure will appear as a tower of staggered facades with tiered rooflines in a sheath of red-brown polished granite and bronze reflective glass. It will have 750,000 square feet of office spaces (200,000 of which will be occupied by the insurance firm) and 800 parking spaces in addition to a commercial arcade at the base extending through to St. Charles and Camp streets.
