It has two heavy gauge drawstrings for closure and to secure your items. It also has two belt loops thick premier leather to fasten with high quality snaps onto your hip, another bag, or stroller. One loop accommodates a 2" belt, the second loop will accommodate 4" (or you can use the 4" loop to fold it for storage while on your hip when not in use). Please see pictures.
