To operate, plug the heater (or lamp) to the socket of the controller on the back, drop the sensor into the container, and turn on the power of controller.This controller is essentially the same as our standard sous vide controller, WS-1500ES with the following differences. It has a higher resolution, (0.1° C or 0.1 ° F) and higher accuracy. The accuracy is guaranteed to be within +/- 0.1 ° C (or 0.2 ° F) for the range from 0.0 to 85 ° C ( 32.0 to 185.0 ° F). It has narrower temperature control and display range of -50 to200.0°C (or -58.0 to 392.0 ° F). It has six programmable temperature control steps, each step can be set from 0 to 9999 minutes with different temperatures.
