Praktica L2 M42 Screwmount Camera With Serviced Pentacon 50mm F1.8 And Case

Description: Selling off more of my collection. ===== Praktica L2 with Pentacon 50mm f1.8 (Meyer Oreston) and original case. Intended as a budget model, there is no light meter in the camera. In some ways it's a benefit today compared to when it was released. I serviced the lens around 2021, and it's proved quite a nice performer. ----- Camera body: signs of wear/age (mostly two areas where the leatherette is coming away near the shutter release), yet overall still quite decent. The silkscreening on the baseplate is still intact. Lens: Front element has a few slight scratches ("cleaning marks"), as does the rear element. Middle elements are exceptionally clear. I did modify the lens to make it usable on digital, so the auto aperture system no longer functions. It can be reversed if you want though. Case: plastic has scratches and scuffs, but otherwise in fair condition. ==== If you have any questions or would like to see pictures taken with this camera/lens, do not hesitate to ask.
