I don't know the fabric content but it does have synthetic fiber in it. color is an off white color that leans a little towards a straw or raffia colortop measures approx 27"x21". height is 16" pleated corners and top stitch detail. Most of the slipcovers I have were special orders and do not have PB tags. most likely made by mitchell gold who used to make PB's slipcovers.
