Description: Hi, this is the original Lionel 2360 Brunswick Green Pennsylvania GG1 Locomotive from 1956. Lionel cataloged the Green 2360 GG1 with 5 rubber-stamped gold stripes through 1958. But because the body mold for all GG1’s changed sometime in later 1956 before the 1957 GG1 production, all green five stripe locomotives were produced in 1956, before the change. This was tested and performed great. SEE VIDEO The insert appears repro and I am not even sure it came with this style.
