Unfortunately failure to do this will result in us sending your orders out individually as we will not be able to combine postage after the order has been placed . Delivery Timescales We post on a daily basis and aim to get you the items you have ordered as quick as possible. We use the Royal Mail for the vast majority of our postage. Within the UK we send via different services but all have the new 2D barcode attached which means in the unlikely event an item goes missing it can be tracked to its last known destination as it is electronically tracked throughout its journey. UK Postage:All items posted within the UK should reach you within 3 days but please wait until 10 working days have passed before contacting us as we cannot raise a query with the Royal Mail until this point. There are sometimes delays but 99.9% of mail does arrive. Rest Of World Postage:Most of the items we post reach our customers within 7-14 working days , but it can take longer particularly at busy times of the year.However mail to certain countries such as South America , South Africa and Mexico can take considerably longer.
