One of the most coveted cards from arguably the most iconic Pokemon tournament: the 1999 Tropical Mega Battle held in Hawaii. This event is considered as the first instance of a "World championship" for the Pokemon TCG, as it was the first time that players from outside of Japan were invited to compete. This card started the ongoing tradition of featuring Psyduck and several other Pokemon on the World Championship prize cards (Tropical Wind, Tropical Tidal Wave, Tropical Beach, Champions Festival, and Paradise Resort). This is one of the finest examples of this card, receiving the high grade of PSA 9 mint. At the time of listing, it is 1 of only 20 copies to receive a PSA 9, with only 3 graded higher after 25 years. Note: The card case IS included with your purchase.
