Adult males colors are shimmering pastel, with rose gold being predominate, with a black dot just after the gills and "peacock" variations at the base of the tail. Long, silk-like flowing dorsal and tail fins cap off this lovely unique. Females are pale gold/yellow. Males and females average 1.25" long. Prolific breeders, their courtship behaviors are not to be missed! The Males hold their long dorsal fins straight up, and bend the tip towards the females. The line is still not breeding 100% true and continues in development, so if you want to intentionally breed these fish, you will need to keep refining the line. You will receive second (young adult) or third (unsexed fry) generation Roseauras. Very peaceful, beautiful fish. With proper care, lifespan is 2-3 years. Quarantine initially for best results.
