They are made in Italy by Tre Ci for Pier 1. They are an off-white ceramic bowl with a wide rim. The rim is decorated with the names of various herbs in a classic font and hunger green color (in the pictures it may appear black but the font is green). The herbs are Parsley, Mint, Rosemary, Dill, and Sage. The salad dishes are in great condition. There are no major chips, cracks, or crazing that would detract from the classic beauty of these bowls or their everyday usefulness. One or two of the bowl have very minor chipping along the outer edge. It is very minor and most notable by feel.
