The banknote’s obverse features the green Manila Hotel 100 overprint, Manuel Acuna Roxas, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas seal, and Roxas lowering the United States flag and raising the Philippine flag on July 4, 1946 in Manila’s Independence Grandstand. The reverse of the note depicts the old Central Bank of the Philippines building and the new Central Bank of the Philippines headquarters building in Manila. The banknote contains a windows security thread with demetallized 100 and a solid security thread. It also contains a watermark that reveals Manuel Roxas. The note is 160 x 66 mm in a size and is signed by Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III and Amando Tetangco Jr. This commemorative banknote is in uncirculated condition.
