Description: PHIL COLLINS - BOTH SIDES - SIGNED CD w/ MY BACKSTAGE PASS FROM THE CHICAGO STOP AT THE ROSEMONT HORIZON IN 1994 - 7-20-1994 ON THE BOTH SIDES TOUR. VERY LARGE & BOLD SIGNATURE - WILL LOOK BEATIFUL FRAMED! I had the good fortune of working on 4 different Phil Collins tours. They would leave hotels and enter and exit venues separately quite often - most times in different limos or shuttle busses. Most times, with friends, family or management with them. Approaching them for an autograph as part of the crew was extremely frowned upon and could get you into a lot of trouble and/or even fired. I had to pick my opportunities very wisely and it often involved a friend with promotion, production / band management and an expensive bottle of bourbon as a thank you. My very last show working with the band was in 2018 on the Not Dead Yet Tour (pass available for sale currently listed) at the United Center in Chicago on 10-22-2018. My very first tour working with Phil Collins was on the Genesis 'We Can't Dance Tour' Tour in 1992, at the World Music Theater in Tinley Park, Illinois, just south of Chicago. Both Genesis and Phil Collins are legends and 'Both Sides' is indeed the finest release of Phil's solo career. In over 3 decades, not once, did I ever see a bad show. Gifted musician and incredible performer. A true gift to music history. Here is your chance to own a true piece of rock & roll history. I can't decide whether or not I want to frame this piece for myself or simply get it into the hands of another TRUE fan. Undoubtedly, one of the greatest bands of our time and who's music speaks to multiple generations. I am going to offer this up for sale and in the event, it does not sell in short order, I may just pull it and frame it up to hang in my Manhattan residence. I wanted to simply give the buyer an opportunity to frame this in a manner they personally see fit. ABOUT ME: I worked in the live / touring music business beginning in 1986... over 3 decades. In that time, I amassed a collection of items like no other and am now offering a small portion of my items to the public. What you are bidding on is an item that was actually signed by the band / artist, and it is as real as it gets (unlike most of what I see online). If you are looking to purchase something authentic - here is your chance. It will pass any authentication process you wish and is as rare as it gets. I went so far as to literally catalog everything I collected at a particular promotional event or concert and going so far as to keep an actual journal for over 30 years with meticulous notes. I look forward to finding good homes for these pieces... It breaks my heart to sell, but I must part with some of them as I have literally run out of storage and refuse to rent a larger unit. All of these items have been stored in a temperature-controlled storage facility and the framed items were custom framed by a professional framing company to museum quality standards using Acid Free materials and UV / Museum protective glass. Shipping charges cover all packing materials including shipping with tracking and insurance for the full purchase price. Every effort is made to ensure your item gets to you in perfect condition with extreme precautions taken using bubble wrap and proper shipping boxes used. The insurance / tracking numbers are provided immediately after shipping in the extremely rare event any damage should occur in transit. Thank you for your interest.... It's been a lifelong passion of mine preserving these items and the kind words and appreciation mean the world to me.
