If the design has any text on it by default it will be printed as shown with your information added to the place holders. Also included with your purchase is storage box to protect your item year after year. *The picture is printed on the Ornament and is not a sticker. Ornaments measure 3.5 inch round and include a ribbon for hanging on the tree. Color of ribbon will vary based on inventory. Text shown on the ornament is included by default if there is text shown on the design. You may request to add or remove any text from the ornament listed and change it to Happy Birthday, Happy Holidays, Our First Christmas and etc. To change the text on the ornament you may do so by adding the instructions in the text box where you type the name and year you are requesting for us to use. For example your instructions may look something like this: ( Please use "John 2019" on the bottom and remove text on top ) or (Please remove top and bottom text) and etc. If you are only requesting to add name and year no need to say in instructions that you are keeping the text as is, everything will be used as design is listed by default unless you specifically request to change something. Please make sure to include the name and year on your input of data if a design calls for it. If no year is received and the design has a place holder for it we typically use the current year by default unless you specifically instruct us to not use year. Keep in mind if a design is an artistic quote the main design might not be editable only names and dates. You will have to contact support to make sure we can edit the quote design itself. Our designers will read the text box instructions and follow your instructions. Please keep in mind that the space for personalization is limited. To fit a longer amount of text the image and text will have to shrink on the design to accommodate and be able to fit everything into the printing area. We will only contact you if there is a problem and we can not do what you are requesting. Please double check all spelling on personalization requests we will use the text requested to be printed as submitted and will not spell check the personalization as sometimes we have customers that specifically request things to be written a certain way. If you are looking for a different ornament design (theme, color, sports or your business logo) just Contact Us and we will create it for you. Please keep in mind we can not use any trademarked or copyrighted images. If you submit any of those type of images to us by submission you are confirming you are the rightful owner and hold the right to commercially reproduce any photo/image you upload to us.
