MUST BAR OVER PAST 360 DEGREES (in both directions) WITHOUT ABNORMAL NOISE OR RESISTANCE. CORES WILL BE DISASSEMBLED AND MAJOR COMPONENTS INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE. NO HOLES, CRACKS, DEFECTS TO MAJOR CASTINGS &/OR COMPONENTS. TURBOCHARGER WITH DAMAGED TURBINE WHEEL, TORCH MARKS, NOT LIKE FOR LIKE, TAG MISSING OR DISASSEMBLED ($500 charge).
