Description: For sale is a Percussion Plus 10" (deep) x 12" (around) rack tom. The black wrap finish has some scratches and scuffs and minor bubbling around the lugs. Hoops and hardware have scratches, pitting and rust. Chrome has a little flaking. Tom mount is 100% functioning. Shell Interior and bearing edges are in good shape. The badge is missing.
