Description: Pennsylvania Railroad 6 3/4 lb Sledge Hammer Head. Measuring 5 5/8" long and this weighs 6 lbs 11 3/4 oz unboxed. There is a maker's mark, but it's too faint to read. This is a forged head. This is in decent condition and was cleaned. The sides have some cut marks and dings, along with the usual patina. Both faces are fairly good save for some light dings. The punched eye is good to go. This has some character, but considering the age and use of the tool, well it ain't all that bad. A working and collectible old hammer head for sure!
