The pendant has the Carl Art marking and the 1/20 12K GF mark as pictured. ™ I have New Annin and Valley Forge flags available in my store. Batteries - I apologize don't normally ship with batteries most devices will not have the batteries in them (unless I get it with good batteries already installed. It is just not cost effective with both shipping and returns missing the batteries. Items that require power I have checked for function and if it does not work I will say so. I check battery compartments and will state if it is not clean in working order. Guarantees - I offer 30 day free returns and 60 days on some items with few exceptions mainly international (these fees are out of my control so just not practical).
