The handle moves, the front knobs move and different numbers are seen when they are moved. On the back there is a missing cover and the inside can be seen. The front has a cover with the name 'Paymaster Ribbon Writer,' this cover attaches but has a little piece on the inside partly broken. The front base has lots of wear and corrosion, a small label mostly worn away. The back corner on the base has buckling to the metal skirt, may have been dropped/damaged, see last photograph. There is a silver colored piece that is loose, which is in the base, below the handle, it sits in a 3 inch slit in the base and just slides loosely back and forward, this piece is on the other side and is not loose but properly moves back and forward, see second from last photograph. There are marks and wear on the metal, seller is selling just for parts, seller does not know if it works or how it works.
