Its extra wide curly tail moves a lot of water at any speed, even ultra-slow for cold or deep water, challenging fish. The tail works the second it enters the water, and can be fished with a steady retrieve, slow rolled, jigged or with erratic slashing. The concealed leader allows the use of a lighter leader for stealthier presentation. Once the hook is set it pulls away from the lure, dramatically reducing fish loss due to shake off. To reset deployed leader: 1. While holding tension on the leader, wind it back into the lure body. 2. Firmly set the hook in place. To replace the hook, use this knot: To replace SofTough tails: 1.
