Description: This is the Cattle Heart Butterfly (Caligo ssp.) from the Cayo District in Belize. These are raised by my friend Robin and the people he employs from a nearby village. The butterfly ranch provides income for the local people while preventing deforestation! Frame is 4x6”. For legality: though my photo in Belize is included for reference, I am not included in the purchase. I use glass faced shadow box frames rather than the lesser ‘Riker mounts’ which are ok but not showy. There is a hang hook built into the back of this frame. This one has an easy to clean glass face. Shipped within the USA so deliveries are legal and quicker than ordering from other countries.
