The Cartridge slots measure 0.41in in diameter to allow the Cartridge to be picked up by the ball or slug and are 60mm deep to accommodate a variety of hand or die rolled cartridges with ease. Utilizing advanced 3D printing technology, each box is made with a blend of 80% plastic and 20% wood fibers, making them low weight and durable. Every box undergoes a meticulous process by hand ensuring that no two boxes are quite alike. After printing, each box is carefully sanded to ensure smoothness and precision. Then, the embossed areas are painted, bringing out the intricate details of the design. Next comes the staining process, where each box receives two to three layers of Minwax oil-based stain, enhancing its natural beauty and richness. Each layer is allowed to dry fully before the next application, ensuring a flawless finish. Finally, to protect and preserve the beauty of the boxes, three layers of clear semi-gloss enamel are applied, sealing in the color and shine for years to come.
