It was purchased from the estate of a fellow who sold scientific supplies to public schools as a part time gig during the early 1960's. Most of this inventory we bought from his estate is new, in that the items were stored in their boxes and never opened. However, some of the items may have light surface corrosion due to being stored in a garage for over 60 years.
