Pair of Antique Italian Brevettato Style Baroque 5 Arm Brass Candelabras 22H

Description: Another item from Country Artifacts, Great Northern Liquidation, Springfield, Vermont.The material appears to be cast brass or less likely bronze, with steel square nuts and bolts used in the interior. The square nuts indicate a likely earlier 20th Century age. They are in the style of so-called Italian Brevettato (Brevettato means patent), but it's unclear of their specific origin. The only markings found are cast into the base as shown.22" high x 10-1/2" wide x 10-1/2" deep overall eachThe one pictured on the left is in good condition with normal tarnish to the finish here and there, except for one arm that is bent in somewhat, and some of the feet not as straight as they could be (please see the pictures).The one on the right is in need of repair, with the arms loose or partially detached, and three decorative nuts that contribute to holding the arms on now missing. A previous owner tried to use glue to correct the situation as shown, and that would have to be removed and the arms reattached by solder or screws. Aside from this, there are also a few bent parts that could be corrected in a repair process.
