Diagnosis If your vehicle sinks down over night it is critical that your repair the leaks to your valve block solenoids by replacing the orings within them and replace leaky/cracking/brittle air bags and pipework to protect your overhauled compressor unit and allow your vehicle to perform as it should. Take particular notice of scratches on the air bag air pipe ends and incorrect pipe removal of the various piping to the solenoid valve block from past repairs will result in unecessary air loss from the resorvoir. We recommend that you carry out compressor run time tests on first start up of the vehicle over a 15 minute tick over period with the vehicle on level ground after you have overhauled your units ! to identify if there are any further problems causing your rebuilt unit to cycle to often.
