It wasn't postmarked or used and was signed by artist Mike Sil. It is in excellent condition. These will be sent in an envelope with cardboard. 13 to 35 postcards ship for $2.75. They will be in a bubble envelope package using eBay labels with tracking. I used to send all the cards that way, but changes the USPS just made, have made it cost as much to send 1 card that way as to send the 35.
