The laces are 39" long as required for the M1938 leggings, so some of the lace may need to be cut shorter to fit the USN/USMC leggings, which have fewer eyelets and hooks than the Army leggings. The laces are in perfect, MINT condition and cannot be improved upon. So, here's a great opportunity for the collector or re-enactor to replace missing or worn-out laces in those leggings of yours!
