Description: Vintage color illustration of a landscape that was torn out of an old book on fishing (see last photo), in excellent condition. Titled "On the Hodder." Measurements are 11.5" x 10" including the mat. The picture would look better with a dark green mat that matches the predominant color. This was never displayed and stored out of direct sunlight; the image has vibrant colors and does not appear faded or damaged. The Hodder is a river in England. I don't know the age of the illustration, but judging by the text on the reverse, the book it came from was published probably in the late 1800s or early 1900s.
