Description: Up for auction is a cool original cabinet photo of George Washington's great nephew Ebenezer Burgess Ball in uniform and hat as seen in my photos above. Ebenezer Burgess Ball is the son of George Washington's brother. Burgess Ball fought in the 1850s Indian wars in Oregon. What's also nice about this photo is it is signed by him on the back. I know this is not Civil War but I believe collectors may appreciate this photo and understand it's significance as a part of military history of this country. They say that Ebenezer Burgess ball was well known for his identical likeness of his uncle George Washington. This is a neat photo And I was told it came out of a museum somewhere around Allentown. For its age it looks good and displays well. Total measurement is 6 1/2" by 4 1/4". Please see pictures and feel free to ask questions and see my other eBay auctions for similar photographs and other Pennsylvania advertisement pieces. I do not ship outside of the United States, if you live outside of the United States please go through eBay's global shipping program. Thanks for viewing.
