Incredible detail, impeccable stitching, closes underneath and at the neck with very nice secure Velcro. This dress has a D ring you can attach a lead to, but this is a party dress and NOT a secure harness. The adorable bodice and main body of the dress is a solid black luxurious cotton with an embroidered design of a big orange pumpkin and vines. The bodice is accented with a green satin bow that is purposefully off to the left side as part of the design. The bodice does have a silver D ring to the right of the green satin bow. The skirt portion attached to the bodice is a beautiful pattern of orange pumpkins and green leaves and vines! Absolutely beautiful print! The most dramatic focal point of this adorable dress is the big fluffy multi layered black tulle! The size chart for this designer is included with the photos. This size MEDIUM is for 9.5” to 11” neck, 14” to 16” chest, and 12” length NOTE: All my dog dresses are from my pet boutique I closed a few years ago and they are new with my dog boutique hang tag, never worn.
