Description: This is an original pastel painting of a nude art model in Los Angeles in the 1950’s. It was painted by Albert Londraville (1922-2015). He studied under the famous Russian American Master, Nicolai Fechin, and was a MGM scenic artist who painted movie backdrops. Albert also studied at the Lukits’ Academy of Fine Arts and often painted on site (plein air). This pastel painting is 12 1/2” x 19” and was purchased directly from the successor trustee for the Albert Londraville Trust. It is signed and a label on the back indicates “NFS” (not for sale) on the back. The painting is mounted in the original frame. See “Seller’s other items” on eBay.
