Description: For your consideration A Nu-Vu oven/proofer combination oven. This was used by subway and was taken off the production line due to standard protocols on age. Worked when pulled out but u able to test fully due to 3 phase power source. We are selling as parts and repair(AS IS) due to this fact. On proofer section the bottom shelf on both sides is loose(looks like weld came loose) no racks come in the proofer section and two shelf’s come in the oven portion.
