This stem is NOS but was stored with no bag so it has a little shelf wear. It still looks pretty good. It has the Black Magix Sparkle to it out in the sunlight. Maybe a coat of fine oil will make it look factory fresh.It came from an old Schwinn Dealers stock back in the 80s. Pictures show all the numbers. Comes as pictured and ready to install.
