Description: This listing if for one (1) NEW, OEM, original watermark "Made in England" rear fender decal as fitted new from the factory on the Norton Commando 850 Mark II models from 1973 and 1974. Part # 06-4062 in your Norton parts book. This decal is a "watermark" decal, it IS NOT a peel and stick decal. We have those also listed. We have seen both types installed on the rear fender of Commandos. This is the most common factory original. It applies by peeling off the clear backing and pressing the decal onto the surface. After rubbing the paper backing with a credit card or plastic applicator the design will peel off of the backing paper and stick to the surface. The trick is to make sure the decal leaves the backing paper as you go along and rub. Not a recommended procedure to perform after a night out on the town. Suffice to say watermark decals are a pain, but they provide a more authentic appearance. The actual measurement of the applied decal is 4.75" x .75".
