Description: Guitar plays but one of the tuners is messed up, i took off the back plate just to see what was going on and it's just worn down is all, it probably needs all new tuners anyways, i do still have the cover for that tuner and the truss rod cover (see pics) it's in very used condition and the neck seems to be lifting off, i feel what the guitar needs is a more experienced luthier who will actually care about it, it took me forever to find even one reference as to what this thing was worth and the only thing i could dig up was a reverb listing, ebay won't let me post the link so please google it for yourself i will copy and paste some of the info the guy put on his reverb listing Looks like Spruce and Mahogany back and sides. We would assume those to be laminated, but very beautiful woods neverless. It has a zero fret with a 25 1/2 inch scale neck with a 1 11/16 inch nut. Fully bound body and neck. Very nice guitar.Norma is part of the Kawai family of guitar brands made in Japan. Kawai made other brands we all reconize such as Apollo, Conqueror, Heit, Ibanez, Kingston, Telestar, and Zim Gar. All very quality guitars we all played back in the 1960's!he also mentions that his was made in 69 however when i look in the sound hole of this one i can't find any numbers just dust so i guess that rubbed off or something idk so it's anyone's guess as to when this particular one was made, I put some thin gauge strings on it so it wasn't empty, i will try and dig up a type of case or gig bag for it but i'm not sure we have any left, i'm more into electric. because of the condition i'm gonna leave the offers open, the guitar is rare but it is also clearly a project at this point (fixer upper) i will say serious offers only please, it certainly feels when everything is in order it is capable of being a slightly above average acoustic.PS. message me if you happen to know more info on this guitar and the company that made it, I just love guitar history it's neat.
