The obverse of the round features Odin, seated upon the eight legged steed, riding through one of the Nine Worlds. Odin is dressed for battle, wielding his spear, Gungnir, and shield. Huginn and Muninn, raven companions to Odin, fly on either side of the god.Matching the beauty of an obverse displaying Odin atop Sleipnir is the reverse featuring Yggdrasil, the World Tree. The lush tree is home to the Nine Worlds, as well as a myriad of woodland creatures. At the base of the tree is a serpent, creeping its way up the trunk. Nearby is a stag, sampling the leaves while a raven looks on. “1 OZ .999 FINE SILVER” is inscribed along the top border of the round.
