With a black handle grip on one end. The blade shows some very fine scratches that are hard to see due to the shiny finish. Magnets are inside each piece. These are not recommended for hardcover books as the magnets aren’t strong enough to work properly. However I was able to make them work for photos by slipping the bookend bracket in between the hardcover and dust jacket. See pics!
