Included on this disc are: NYC, An Insider's View. We begin our journey with black and white footage taken during World War II, when the powerful Hudsons were still the pride of the fleet. Then we move forward in time to the early diesel era with all color footage. Crack passenger limiteds, local commuter trains, and plenty of freight action are all found in abundance as we journey along the NYC's mainline between Harmon and Buffalo, New York. We also visit the Harmon roundhouse and watch as steam locomotives are serviced between runs.
