He had a subscription to Amazing so new issues were delivered every month for several years after he died. His wife did not read Science Fiction so these were kept unopened in the mailing wrapper they came in. The magazines do not have mailing labels as all magazines used to be shipped in wrappers in more civilized days I opened the wrappers to check the issue month and to take a scan of the covers, and placed the magazines back in the wrapper without opening them.
