This medal is found in our 1962 catalog. See photos. It was lost in inventory in the 1960s in a move till now after closing our small family religious goods store in 2020 after 120 years.THIS MEDAL IS IN NEW CONDITION, IT HAS NEVER BEEN USED Luke is represented as an ox with wings. The wings mean to travel and spread the word of Christ. St LUKE was an apostle and was a martyr. He is the patron saint of Doctors, physicians, Artist , bachelor's, butchers and a few others.
