For sale we have a new RHEEM PowerPack E40A-12-G, 40 Gallon, 12KW, ASME certified (with paperwork), 98% ultra high efficiency commercial water heater/booster with manual. This unit is currently set up 480V, three phase, but can run 208V, 240V, or 277V as well, single or three phase. Just let me know the voltage and phase you require and I will set it up for your application before shipping. This includes my changing the heating elements to the selected voltage. This is BRAND NEW and has NEVER had water in it. Fully functional, but there are some small minor scratches and dings on the outer casing of this (see pictures), but NO DENTS on the tank or anything that effects functionality.
