Has the "PADDLE" arm style cutoff and the far end fill cup (it will be shipped unattached) to avoid breaking it. It will also accept the mid-mounting side fill cup, although NOT included. Has front cover with 4 straight sides.Markings on label on control housing include: model WR30X30719 / 115v 60HZ 1.6 amps 100v 50HZ (DR#245D2613P001) / CAN06-001 (10 FT 1) / (25 SM 1) / (06 DR 1) / (15 VZ1) / (02 TR1) / (16 FV1).
