Description: Titled - MAIN STREET EAST, NEW HAMPTON, IA. 3A234 This is a nice KODAK by L L Cook Co. branded, circa late 1940s, unmailed, RPPC RP REAL PHOTO POST CARD of the old Main Street scene, lots of cars, Leuthold Clothing, Shoes, Drug Store, Cafe, Bowling Pin sign for the Bowling Alley, Sullivan Insurance, Heilman's Old Style, Coast to Coast Hardware, Fliger's Bakery, and HWY 63 sign - Hwy went down Main St....Very Good to Excellent unused shape. Typical corner rounding and edge wear, no major faults. Card shape descriptions are done to the Post Card trade standards: Mint is hard to find; Near Mint has very little if any wear; Excellent allows some wear and minor soiling; Very Good is better than average; Good is basically average; Fair is to allow more wear than normal; Poor is obvious. We try to call out any tears, minor wrinkles are on most any card. Creased means has been folded or badly bent. Cut down cards are hardly ever sold by us, if so, will be told as such.
