This is a new corset. ** Upon inspection at the warehouse, these corsets have been found to be missing a rubber tip on one or more of the steel bones along the back busk. Please be advised these are intended for costuming or fashion ONLY. Tight-lacing and waist training may result in the bone wearing out the fabric and popping through potentially causing injury. Tags will be removed upon shipping and an “x” marked inside the back panel to indicate it is a defective corset. Corsets sold As Is, please be sure of your size as I do not take returns.** Corset new with possible irregularities. Possible irregularities include but are not limited to, stains, marks, scuffs, bent metal hooks , bad tags, loose stitching, loose grommets or sewing over the grommet (makes it hard to buckle) that occasionally occur during the manufacturing or delivery process. Some may be linty. I buy these directly from a company that has very high standards on their corsets and most the time I can't tell what the irregularities are because they are just not that noticeable. However that doesn't mean that when you get it you won't notice something as I do not try these on. We recommend that you order 5-7 inches below your natural waist measurements to allow for cinching. Plus sizes (waists of 38" or more) should order 7-10 inches down. So if you have a 29 inch waist, we would recommend that you purchase a size 24. A size 24 will have a 24" waist when fully laced shut. The bottom edge will measure aobut 8-9 inches larger than the waist, and the underbust is about 4-5 inches larger when laced shut. Once you have a good idea of what you think your reduction should be and have decided what size you need its time to look at LEVEL and STYLE.
