Simply ship your unit to us, and we will install a brand new battery and have it back to you asap! Please note the following: 1. This is a service for a new battery replacement only. 2. We do offer a service to install a new power switch if yours is broken. Please message us about that. 3. IMPORTANT: If we discover that a battery replacement is not what is needed to get your unit working again, a $150 service charge will be the cost. We will refund you the difference. 4. You only need to ship the unit only. We have chargers and other equipment for testing and repairs. 5. After the unit is fixed, we will send pictures and ship it back to you asap. We understand how important these units are to you. 6. The cost of this service includes the new battery, installation, cleaning of the unit, and return shipping.
