The case is constructed of 1/4" plywood with a thick plastic laminate on the outside and a bare wood inside. Barrel dolly wheel kit is also included for easy handling. The case is assembled with heavy gauge aluminum extrusions machine split riveted throughout and the corners are protected by heavy gauge steel ball corners. All the catches and handles are spring loaded and recessed into the case for strength and shear resistance. They are specifically designed for a tight positive closure and easy lifting. The lid hinges open and there are two webbing "stays" to keep the lid from falling back. The inside dimensions are 41 1/2" x 11 1/4" x 11 3/4" high. A very useful utility case for almost anything needed to consolidate or transport. We ship to anywhere in the US except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the Virgin Islands.
