A full length EVA midsole provides a cushioned and supported ride while the mesh upper means this shoe is lightweight and breathable. Additionally, a removable sockliner makes this shoe fast drying. Included are both 5mm replaceable track spikes, and Asics "X-Country Claws" and "Goldpin" XC spikes to convert from track to XC. NOTE: The left side of both shoes is pink, the right side is grey. This give the impression that the shoes change color when watching a runner run around the track.
