Prior to pocessing a claim: If you did not purchase a compressor kit from us; you will need to provide proof that the parts specified were purchased and installed. If you did not purchase and install the parts you have no warranty. NOTE: We strive to offer the most reliable parts available at a reasonable price. Thus we sell from various manufactures. This means the actual parts may vary slightly from those depicted in our pictures. We reserve the right to ship a different brand fron that listed that is of equal or greater value. This kit fits 2002-2006 Honda CR-V vehicles with 2.4L engines only. 1-YEAR ON COMPRESSOR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. FOR WARRANTY TO BE EFFECTIVE THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE MUST BE FOLLOWED. 1. Entire A/C system must be flushed using an approved A/C flush. 2. A new receiver / drier must be installed. 3. A new expansion device must be installed ( orifice tube / expansion valve). 4. The correct amount and type of oil must be installed per the OEM requirements. 5. The A/C system must be recharged following industry guidelines. We highly recommend that installation be performed by a certified A/C mechanic as most compressor failures are due to incorrect installation. In case of a compressor failure, an RMA# must be obtained from us prior to returning any item. If you did not purchase the warranty parts from us, proof of purchase and installation of these parts must be presented to us before proceeding with your warranty claim.
