Description: Listing as needing help. Please read carefully/examine pics. This pale colored Madagascar rosewood guitar set, has backs that are 8.5 wide and 21 long, sanded to about 0.110 to 0.130.. The sides are 32 long, taper from 4.7 to 3.8 wide and have been sanded to about 0.100 thick. A few saw marks still present. A true dalberiga, mad rose is blessed with some of the longest fibers of any wood, and some believe this is the secret to its legendary taptone. PLEASE NOTE: these back plates while sort of similar are not a bookmatched pair. They are from same plank, but are just two odd bits that look sort of similar. Also note there are some voids on the reverse face of one of the back plates that require fill. Last 4 pics are these spots, some are probably half way thru plate or more-would be inside guitar body. The non matching back plates and sides would probably look pretty nice if stained a dark color Pieces have some voids as seen in last 2 photos that require small amounts of fill. Supersize pics Price is reduced due to issues.(pale color, mismatched back plates and several voids to fill From an old billet(6+ years), recently resawn. A few saw marks still present. True dalbergia with a nice ringing taptone. Lots of pics, very beautiful..Edges have not been jointed. GTT Tonewoods facebook I will not ship this out of the US.
