All shipments include tracking and require a signature on delivery. Most orders are delivered within 2-5 days of being dispatched with some exceptions for WA, NT, TAS and regional areas. Delivery times can fluctuate depending on how busy Australia Post are and we can not control this. If you are waiting on an item please check your tracking details before contacting us. If you provide an incorrect address and the item is returned to us then you will need to repay the postage costs + a $10.50 return to sender fee charged by Australia Post in order to have the item redelivered. Returns Returns are available for 30 days after your product is received. This strictly only applies to items that are in 100% original unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and must be sent using a tracked delivery service.
